Golf in the Lüenburg Heath
Almost half of the fairways run through a forest area
One of the most beautiful golf courses in northern Germany is in Secklendorf, just three kilometers north of Bad Bevensen. This par 72 course is special because half of the 18 fairways have challenging water obstacles and crafty sand pits in open rolling terrain. The remaining holes are embedded in an extended and naturally structured woodland.
Golf is one of the few sports that can be exercised regardless of age while contributing to both physical and mental fitness. Anyone who has successfully hit the white ball across the fairways to the greens will love to spend their free time with this sport in beautiful natural surroundings.Further information on this 18-hole par 72 championship course is available from the Golf-Club Bad Bevensen.
