The Lüneburg Heath is ideal terrain for cycling. Just follow the special signs and enjoy exploring the region in around Bad Bevensen: extensive forests, river and floodplains, idyllic heath and typical heath villages with their old farmhouses that shape the landscape and underscore the great variety of the "Lüneburg Heath".

Many hotels and B&Bs offer their guests bikes at no extra cost. There are also Bicycle rentals which offers bikes for rent.
